Mat Pilates focuses on Core Conditioning. Core conditioning includes your belly, your glutes, your hips, your hip flexors, your back, your lower back, your abdominal muscles and your oblique muscles. Complete body resistance.

Barre formats use a ballet barre to institute movement. I combine elements of Pilates and Yoga with traditional ballet movements to complement the strength of this class.

Old school step with a new twist...Adding in cardio kickboxing with step delivers a heart pumping workout!
